Return / cancellation

Consumer customers have the right to cancel an order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. Fill in the form within the same period. Business customers have no right of cancellation unless separately agreed.

You can also use this form to cancel an order before it is dispatched. However, we ship products quickly and cannot guarantee that the cancellation reaches us in time – if the order has already been shipped, it is treated as a normal return.

• Return the products within 14 days of submitting this notification.
• You may examine and try the product in the same way as you could in a shop. If the value of the product has decreased more than this, the decrease is deducted from the refund.
• An unclaimed parcel does not constitute a notice of cancellation, and we will charge the actual delivery and return costs for it.
• You are responsible for the costs of the return. We recommend using Posti and keeping the proof of postage.
• If the package is over 1.0 m long, please contact us before sending it and wait for our instructions.
• Please enclose your bank account number (IBAN) with the return for the refund.
