Return / cancellation
Consumer customers have the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days of receiving them. The returned product must be in substantially the same condition as when received.
You can also use this form to cancel an order. Please note that we ship products as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that the cancellation reaches us before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, it is treated as a normal return according to the instructions below.
Notification of the return must be made – simply returning the product or not picking it up is not sufficient. Fill in the form below within fourteen (14) days. For parcels left unclaimed at the post office, we will charge the customer for postage. If the package is over 1.0 m long, please contact our customer service by email for specific instructions before returning it.
Returns must be sent to us by mail. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return or exchange. The costs are determined according to Posti's parcel pricing. Returns should be sent to the address:

Preferably delivered directly to us or to Posti (not to an automated parcel locker). Please enclose your bank account number (IBAN) with the return for the refund.
